Returns Policy & FAQ
We really hope you will be very happy with the item you have purchased from us. However, if you feel you need to return it, we will accept back any item within 21 days of receipt for replacement or refund, provided it has been neither washed nor dry-cleaned and is in the same physical condition as when it was dispatched. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
When returning items to us, please place your returned goods in their original packaging along with your delivery note & returns form. Please do not remove any labels or tags

As long as the goods you send back to us are in their original condition, we will refund your purchase within 7 days of receiving your package or proof that the order has been delivered to us. PLEASE NOTE: You will need to pay the returns postage and for safety, we recommend using a recorded delivery service with a trusted courier so your goods are insured to their full value and keep proof of postage. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us and we cannot accept liability for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.

If a replacement item is required quickly, please email email@example.com and we will endeavour to deal with your request as quickly as possible.
